Quai.MD is looking to recruit an experienced Product Manager.
Quai.MD is a groundbreaking Digital Health Startup, developing a unique AI-based clinical workflow platform to help clinicians navigate patient care more effectively and accurately in real time. Our platform is deployed in pilot studies at five ERs in leading US healthcare systems, fully and seamlessly integrated with their Electronic Health Record system.
Quai.MD's sophisticated and unique solution requires a product manager who is a fast learner, with tons of common sense, and ideally some background in the medical world to bridge the gaps between physicians and developers and create a solution that would be a joy to the end-user.
Key Responsibilities:
◊ Map product high-level objectives and customer requirements into R&D requirements, and be able to convey that back to the end-users.
◊ Work closely with the CEO, Chief Medical, VP R&D and VP Research to execute on the current version and shape the next version of our solution.
◊ Work closely with the R&D team to ensure the product implementation meets the requirements.
◊ Work closely with our customers (in the U.S) to close the requirement loop and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
◊ At least 5 years of experience of Product Management in bringing a complex SW product from idea to market, ideally with some AI and/or digital health aspects.
◊ Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing, in both Hebrew and English
◊ Strong technical background and understanding of SW development
◊ Well organized, independent, proactive, and a team player
◊ Strong passion for the medical domain
◊ Good grasp of UX principles
◊ Able to travel frequently to the U.S
