As a Director of Finance, you'll be a key member of SysAid's senior leadership, reporting to the CFO and shaping the financial foundations that enable our rapid global growth. You'll take ownership of critical finance functions, guide scalable processes, and drive cross-company change as part of our agentic AI-first business strategy. Responsibilities

  • Oversee SysAid's global finance operations, including accounting, payroll, equity management, financial analytics, treasury, collections, purchasing, tax, and vendor relations.
  • Develop and implement scalable financial processes and systems to support rapid global growth and business unit partnerships.
  • Lead the roll-out and change management for new financial systems and process improvements, championing automation and best practices.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present board-level financial packages and reporting decks in partnership with the CFO.
  • Manage financial controls, internal policies, and compliance with regulations across divisions and international entities.
  • Optimize financial planning, forecasting, and operational reporting with a sharp focus on data-driven decision-making and leveraging the company's BI system.
  • Mentor, coach, and inspire finance team members to achieve strategic goals and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to establish standardized processes and guidelines that drive efficiency and global alignment.
  • Drive business outcomes by leveraging analytics, automation, and AI to improve financial performance.
  • Ensure all financial activities comply with US GAAP and global regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • CPA certified, with proven experience from a Big 4 firm
  • Minimum 1 year as a Director of Finance, OR at least 5 years as a corporate/senior controller in a global tech or SaaS company
  • Expert in technical accounting, operational reporting, tax, and financial controls
  • Hands-on experience with financial system implementation (NetSuite is a plus)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Advanced BI skills, with the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong business acumen and experience exceeding business objectives
  • Track record in cross-functional process design and standardization
  • Able to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
