We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. This position serves as the sole bookkeeper for the Israeli and U.S. entities. The position is based at our HQ in Kibbutz Glil-Yam (near Herzliya), with four days a week on-site and one day working from home.

Responsibilities:

Manage the company's full bookkeeping activities for the Israeli and U.S. entities:

  • Accounts Payable - process invoices and credit card transactions, prepare payment runs, manage vendors, and handle Israeli tax exemptions for foreign vendors.
  • Accounts Receivable – issue invoices to customers.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions.
  • Handle VAT reporting and compliance.
  • Support the month-end close process, including vendor reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations.
  • Handle payments and reporting to tax authorities and social security institutions.
  • Participate in ad-hoc finance projects as required.
Requirements
  • Certified Bookkeeper (Type 2 – mandatory, Type 3 – an advantage).
  • At least 5 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with foreign vendors in English.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems – mandatory; SAP (S/4HANA) – an advantage.
  • Experience in hi-tech or multinational companies – an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Independent and detail-oriented with positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
