Requirements
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper – At least 3-4 years
  • Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite (must)
  • Experience with DOKKA – advantage
  • Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
  • Team player with ability to work independently
Responsibilities
  • Process supplier invoices in the ERP system (NetSuite – must)
  • Prepare and execute vendor payments
  • Track and reconcile credit card transactions
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Handle travel expenses and reimbursements (employees & contractors)
  • Manage account reconciliations
  • Support monthly closing activities
