Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Collections Officer located in Jerusalem District, Israel. The Collections Officer will be responsible for managing and collecting debts from clients, analyzing collection data, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. The officer will also engage with clients to negotiate repayment plans, provide excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with legal standards.

Qualifications

  • Debt Collection and Finance skills
  • Analytical skills to assess and analyze collection data
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience in a law firm or financial institution is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Law,Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Law is a plus
  • Fluent in Arabic and Hebew.
  • Experience using different office management softwares.
  • Exprience using Odcanit is a plus.
