Graphic Designer

To the marketing team at Deloitte, the world's leading and largest consulting firm, we are looking for a Graphic Designer. This is an opportunity for those who wish to enter the field to take part in leading the ideation, execution, and production processes of marketing initiatives.

As part of the role:

• Designing and producing marketing materials, including videos, print products, social media channels, digital assets, and GIF design.
• Collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Implementing the firm's brand language, operating mailing systems, and creating automation processes.
• Producing and managing conferences and events, both physical and virtual

Mandatory Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on marketing and branding.
• Full proficiency in Adobe and Figma software, including professional experience in After Effects and creating animations.
• Experience in developing graphic language and brand identity.
• Experience in designing and preparing a variety of marketing materials: digital campaigns, landing pages, presentations, invitations, newsletters, and more.
• Skill in visually clarifying complex content and creating high-quality visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of motion design: producing animated videos, intros, animated banners, etc. – an advantage.
• Proficiency and understanding of contemporary design trends and language.
• Experience in user experience (UX/UI) design – significant advantage.
• Familiarity with advanced design tools, including Generative AI.
• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English, including crafting professional visual messaging.

דרישות חובה:

• ניסיון של לפחות שנתיים בעיצוב גרפי בדגש על תחומי שיווק ומיתוג.
• שליטה מלאה בתוכנות Adobe ו Figma כולל ניסיון מקצועי ב-After Effects וביצירת אנימציות.
• ניסיון בפיתוח שפה גרפית וזהות למותגים.
• ניסיון בעיצוב והכנת תוצרים שיווקיים מגוונים: קמפיינים דיגיטליים, דפי נחיתה, מצגות, הזמנות, ניוזלטרים, ועוד.
• מיומנות בהנגשת תכנים מורכבים בצורה ויזואלית ברורה ובבניית סיפור חזותי איכותי.
• ידע ב-motion design: הפקת סרטוני אנימציה, פתיחים, באנרים מונפשים, וכדומה - יתרון
• שליטה והבנה בטרנדים ובשפה עיצובית עכשווית.
• ניסיון בעיצוב חווית משתמש (UX/UI) – יתרון משמעותי.
• היכרות עם כלי עיצוב מתקדמים, כולל Generative AI.
• שליטה מלאה בעברית ובאנגלית, כולל ניסוח מסרים ויזואליים מקצועיים.
