SciPlay currently offers nine core games, including social casino games Jackpot Party Casino, Gold Fish Casino Slots, Hot Shot Casino and Quick Hit Slots, and casual games MONOPOLY Slots, Bingo Showdown, 88 Fortunes Slots, Backgammon Live and Solitaire Pet Adventure with offices all over the world

Position Summary

We are looking for a General Manager to join our IAA Studio, which manages SciPlay's ad-based games. The studio currently operates three games – Dancing Drums (slots), Blocks Daily Break, and Bingo Showdown – and is also developing new games. This is a fast-paced and dynamic studio, where things move quickly, and innovation is key.

This is a unique opportunity to lead three rapidly growing games while driving the development of new ones. As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle, including product, development, resources, and communication. You will be part of the game management team, shaping the product vision, strategy, and culture, while leading, mentoring, and growing a team of talented leaders.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide a clear and transparent vision of the Product and owns the Product Roadmap.

  • Makes final call on decisions in regard to release scope, bug fixes, and features direction.

  • Accountable for Game Identity, Game Design Strategy, Monetization strategy, and Execution

  • Works with Executives to ensure there is buy off from key external stakeholders on the direction of the Product

  • Ensures the Product has the best talent at the leads or director level. Works with Organizational Department heads to assist in performance reviews of those departments.

  • Maintains and works to create a positive culture that is in line with SciPlay values

  • Defines project organizational structure (team splits, resource allocation)

  • Maintains the Project P&L and work towards growth goals that supports the companies overarching goals

  • Advocates consistently the need for innovation and team-wide positive change

  • Mentor and lead people

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Game Director/ Games Studio Manager/ Studio Leader or in an equivalent role

  • Proven record of managing large scale teams

  • Experience in Casual and Casino Games, High DAU type game

  • A Product or Production background

  • Understanding of Data and Marketing Metrics

  • Full proficiency on IAA models and up to date IAA games strategies/Hybrid games economies

  • Critical Thinking and Creative Problem Solving

  • Proven ability to lead multiple project at once

  • Capable of owning a P&L
