We're seeking an independent and curious data scientist that is looking to own the full cycle from researching, prototyping, implementing, fine tuning and maintaining machine learning models to make a business impact as part of a data science team.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • Develop and implement predictive algorithms using Python in the marketing, credit risk, operations, and pricing domains.
  • Collaborate with data, R&D, business teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Own entire product lifecycle - including problem formulation, feature engineering, research, implementation, model explainability, and continuous monitoring.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience as a Data Scientist
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
  • Strong background in Python
  • Hands-on experience in applying machine learning models to real-world problems
  • Experience building machine learning models on tabular data
  • Excellent communication skills (Hebrew & English) with the ability to distill complex problems into clear and concise insights
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Experience with financial data - advantage
  • Experience with Speech & audio ML - advantage
  • Experience with survival analysis - advantage
  • Working Experience in Cloud-based environments is a plus
