Responsibilities
Define and execute the global sales strategy to meet revenue and growth targets.
Lead, manage, and inspire local and international sales teams.
Oversee technical sales processes, including presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
Represent Skylock at international defence and security exhibitions and conferences.
Collaborate closely with R D and product teams to align offerings with market needs.
Participate directly in high-value deals and strategic accounts.
Recruit, onboard, and mentor new sales team members.
Develop sales forecasts, manage budgets, and create performance-based incentive models.
Analyze CRM / BI data to optimize sales operations and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years proven experience in managing complex B2G/B2B sales within the defence or homeland security sector Mandatory.
Strong track record in leading sales of technical systems with long sales cycles. -Mandatory
Demonstrated success in market analysis, strategic planning, and proposal leadership Mandatory
Solid financial acumen and experience managing large-scale projects and budgets. Mandatory.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident in front of senior stakeholders. Mandatory.
Proficient in CRM and BI tools; ability to draw insights from data. Mandatory.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written, including business-level negotiations. Mandatory.
Relevant academic degree in Engineering or Business Masters degree an advantage. Mandatory.
Team player with strong leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills. Mandatory.
