Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global sales strategy to meet revenue and growth targets.

  • Lead, manage, and inspire local and international sales teams.

  • Oversee technical sales processes, including presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.

  • Represent Skylock at international defence and security exhibitions and conferences.

  • Collaborate closely with R D and product teams to align offerings with market needs.

  • Participate directly in high-value deals and strategic accounts.

  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor new sales team members.

  • Develop sales forecasts, manage budgets, and create performance-based incentive models.

  • Analyze CRM / BI data to optimize sales operations and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years proven experience in managing complex B2G/B2B sales within the defence or homeland security sector Mandatory.

  • Strong track record in leading sales of technical systems with long sales cycles. -Mandatory

  • Demonstrated success in market analysis, strategic planning, and proposal leadership Mandatory

  • Solid financial acumen and experience managing large-scale projects and budgets. Mandatory.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident in front of senior stakeholders. Mandatory.

  • Proficient in CRM and BI tools; ability to draw insights from data. Mandatory.

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, including business-level negotiations. Mandatory.

  • Relevant academic degree in Engineering or Business Masters degree an advantage. Mandatory.

  • Team player with strong leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills. Mandatory.
