We're Hiring: IT Systems Trainer & Implementer

We're looking for a motivated and passionate
Systems Trainer & Implementer
to join a

professional team in a large, stable public company operating in the
energy and infrastructure
sector.

What you'll do:

• Train and support users in implementing new IT systems
• Lead training cycles (3+ groups, 15+ participants each)
• Provide ongoing user support and collaborate with internal teams
• Take part in developing and improving existing systems

What we're looking for:

• 1+ year of experience training users on IT systems (required)
• Strong knowledge of
  SAP (MM module)
• Experience in defining and developing training materials
• Bachelor's degree / Practical Engineer in IT or Technology
• Tech background from IDF or similar – an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
