Senior AI and ML Engineer- Noma Security

Noma Security is redefining how organizations safely adopt AI into their organization. As a Senior MLOps Engineer, you'll play a critical role in building the infrastructure that powers our AI-driven products. You'll design scalable pipelines, optimize training environments, and ensure our models run reliably in production. This role is perfect for an experienced engineer who thrives at the intersection of machine learning and DevOps, bringing rigor, automation, and performance to every stage of the model lifecycle.

You'll collaborate closely with data scientists, backend engineers, and product teams to scale the runtime product line.

 What You'll Do

  • Build & Scale ML Pipelines: Design, build, and maintain pipelines for training, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying NLP and LLM models across GPU and CPU environments.
  • Automate CI/CD for ML: Develop CI/CD workflows with automated testing, benchmarking, and deployment for reliable, rapid iteration.
  • Optimize Runtime & Serving: Select and tune serving models frameworks for low-latency, high-throughput inference.
  • Manage ML Infrastructure: Oversee training environments, experiment tracking, model registries, and artifact versioning.
  • Monitor & Improve Production Models: Continuously optimize for performance, cost efficiency, and uptime.

 Requirements for Success

  • 5+ years in software engineering, MLOps, or ML engineering, with a track record of deploying ML models into production.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM deployment and scaling for real-time inference in production (SageMaker, Vertex AI, or similar).
  • Proficiency in GPU optimization, distributed training, and CPU inference tuning.
  • Cloud & Kubernetes expertise (EKS, GKE, AKS), with strong knowledge of Helm, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows.
