Compensation & Benefits Specialist- Temporary

The Compensation & Benefits Specialist will be a part of the Global Total Rewards team and will support operational cross-company projects and plans related to compensation, benefits, and payroll aspects.
This role will report to the VP Global Total Rewards and will work closely with various interfaces in HR globally.
Areas of Responsibilities
· Support of the Global Annual Performance Processes – Administrator of the performance system (Oracle HCM), responsible for validating data accuracy, monitoring the
processes, analyzing data, and supporting the global HR teams.
- Support of the bonus payment process – insert and reflect eligible population terms in the system, control of data completeness and calculations.
- Support the management and control of the HR budget.
- Maintain and manage the local HR system (Hilan HR module and SuccessFactors) - Ongoing maintenance and data control, providing support to HRBP's, initiating, and
implementing improvements of processes, and production of reports.
- Production of reports and analysis of various HR processes
- Ongoing management of the benefits: administrative management of medical tests, health insurance, etc.
- Validating HR policies, defining and implementing new policies.
- Maintaining employment agreements and other documents in accordance with the labor laws.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience as a compensation & benefits specialist or financial operations specialist
Excellent MS office skills, especially Excel
Knowledge in HR information systems (Oracle, Hilan, SuccessFactors) – significant advantage
Experience in global environment – an advantage.

Formal Education
Bachelor's degree in economics / finance / industrial engineering and management / Statistics or another related field.
