תחומי אחריות:

  • ביצוע תחקירי איכות לאירועי כשל וחריגות, כולל ניתוח כשלים שורשיים והנעת תהליכי טיפול ובקרה לפעילות מתקנת
  • ביצוע מבדקים פנימיים, כולל היכרות עם דרישות תקן תעופתי, מעקב ובקרה על פערים שהתגלו
  • ניתוח נתונים, הצגת מגמות וסטטיסטיקות באופן שוטף
  • יצירת תוכנית יפורים וביצוע מעקב ובקרה לביצוע
  • יכולת עבודה משולבת (פיתוח, הנדסה, רכש, ייצור) עם מוצרים בשלב NPI
  • בניית מצגות, הובלת פגישות מול צוות עבודה מולטידציפלינרי
  • אחריות כוללת על תהליכי האיכות בייצור מוצר צבאי, כולל FMEA, טיפול ב- MRB
  • יכולת גבוהה בהבנה וקריאה של מפרטים הנדסיים ושרטוטים
  • שליטה ביישומי מחשב, מצגות, התנסחות קצרה וממוקדת, אנגלית ברמה גבוהה, כישורי עבודת צוות וממשקים
  • עבודה בסביבה מאתגרת ולחוצה ונכונות לעבודה בשעות נוספות

דרישות:

  • השכלה בהנדסת איכות, הנדסת תעשיה וניהול, הנדסאי.ת אלקטרוניקה (עדיפות להשכלה טכנולוגית)
  • רקע וניסיון (כשנתיים לפחות) בתחום האיכות כמהנדס.ת איכות או ראש צוות איכות
  • רקע והיכרות עם סביבת עבודה של הרכבות אלקטרוניות ומכאניות
  • היכרות ועבודה בהתאם לתקן תעופתי AS9100 – יתרון
  • ניסיון בהובלת תחקירי כשל של צוותים מולטידסיפלנריים
  • שליטה באנגלית ברמה טובה - חובה
  • ידע טוב בסביבה ממוחשבת OFFICE כולל הכנה והצגת מצגות הדרכה מקצועיות, שליטה באקסל, יכול התבטאות וניסוח טובים בעברית ובאנגלית
  • כישורי ניתוח, תמציתיות, יכולת למידה עצמאית וסגירת קצוות.
  • יכולת קריאה והבנת מסמכי בדיקה מפרטים טכניים וקריאת שרטוטים – חובה
  • יכולת כתיבת נהלים והוראות ברורות וממוקדות
  • הבנה והכרה של תקני ייצור IPC אלקטרוניקה ומכניקה – יתרון
  • תקשורת בין-אישית, יכולת עבודה בצוות וניהול ממשקים מרובים
  • משרה מלאה באתר, נכונות לעבודה בשעות נוספות
