experienced Backend Developer to lead a high-impact core backend team and

Responsibilities

  • Architect and scale
    backend services for a
    high-traffic, AI-first B2C application
    .
  • Lead
    technical decision-making
    and define best practices.
  • Build data-driven infrastructure that powers real-time, personalized learning experiences.
  • Build and optimize
    APIs, event-driven microservices, and data flows
    to ensure
    scalability, resilience, and low-latency performance
    .
  • Collaborate closely with product and frontend teams to deliver
    seamless, reliable features
    .

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of backend development experience, preferably in a
    consumer-scale B2C company
    with millions of users.
  • Strong experience with
    Python
    and
    cloud-native infrastructure
    (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Solid knowledge of
    distributed systems, microservices architecture, and database design
    .
  • Excellent learning skills and knowledge of
    GenAI models
    .
  • Proven experience in designing and building
    multi-system AI agents
    that integrate across services and deliver end-to-end functionality
  • Familiarity with frontend architecture and effective
    cross-functional collaboration
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (or equivalent experience).
