Tenable One is Tenable's unified Exposure Management platform and the fastest-growing product in an emerging market. It delivers a comprehensive view of cyber risk across the entire modern attack surface—including IT, OT, cloud, applications, and external assets. By integrating multiple modules and capabilities, Tenable One enables organizations to proactively manage and reduce cyber risk by prioritizing vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and threats based on real-world exposure. Tenable One represents the evolution of Tenable's innovation—combining organic product development with the strategic integration of technologies from key acquisitions made over the years.

Tenable One product team is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to help us build a cloud-native security product with state-of-the-art architecture and cutting-edge technology.

Your Opportunity:

• Own product end to end through the entire software development life cycle

•  Prioritize critical aspects of our Tenable products (Cloud and on-prem) as required

•  Partner with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to identify, prioritize, develop, and deliver world-class cyber-exposure offerings

•  Quantify success metrics for the team and establish attainable goals

•  Communicate to executive leadership and provide visibility to team contributions

•  Partner horizontally and vertically across the company to ensure alignment on strategy, deliverables, execution, and messaging

•  Be an active participant in the execution of go-to-market, launch activities, and conferences

•  Responsible for driving the product strategy through influence, motivation, and relationships across the organization.

•  May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related (or equivalent experience)

• At least 5 years of product management experience, including at least one tenure in the cyber security field

• Proven experience with enterprise-level platform architectures (PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS) , and experience with Web Services and Service-Oriented Architectures (REST APIs).

• Ability to drive the product strategy, influence stakeholders, motivate engineering, and deliver the product strategy through the entire software development lifecycle

• Willingness to step into projects, create user stories, groom the backlog, and keep the team laser-focused

• Strong experience with hybrid agile development

•  Ability to lead with indirect authority, Master negotiation skills needed to effectively navigate across the organization.

• Ability to make defensible, data-driven decisions and business-level prioritization calls

•  Be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to pick up a project, own it independently and drive it to completion

• Mastery of communication skills needed to effectively and efficiently present across the organization from engineering to executive-level

• Proven experience with Cloud-based products or Familiarity with on-prem solutions
  
  

Strong Advantage:

• Proven development experience

• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
