התפקיד כולל:

• תיאום BIM ותכנון אדריכלי.

• עבודה עם מערכות מכאניות, חשמל ואינסטלציה (MEP).

• ניהול הגשות ותיאום בין צוותים מקצועיים.

• עבודה במשרדי החברה בתל אביב.

דרישות:

• ניסיון מוכח בתיאום BIM ובמודלים של Building Information Modelin.

• ידע באדריכלות.

• ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות MEP.

• יכולת אנליטית ופתרון בעיות.

• דיוק, סדר וירידה לפרטים.

• יכולת תקשורת ועבודת צוות גבוהה.

• תואר או הסמכה רלוונטית בהנדסה, אדריכלות או תחום דומה.

Responsibilities:

• BIM coordination and architectural planning

• Collaboration with Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) systems

• Managing submittals and coordination between professional teams

• On-site role in Tel Aviv

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in BIM coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM)

• Architectural knowledge

• Experience with MEP systems

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Relevant degree or certification in Engineering, Architecture, or related
