REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 3 years of experience in CRM systems analysis and specification – mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field – mandatory
  • Proven experience in writing detailed functional and technical specification documents – mandatory
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation and configuration – mandatory
