Our platform serves consumers, restaurants, couriers, and enterprise partners. We develop and manage:

  • A native ordering app for end-users.
  • Courier apps (Android/iOS).
  • A management app and dashboard for restaurant partners.
  • Loyalty and cashback systems for businesses and customers.

In addition to the consumer-facing side, Mishloha also powers large-scale
B2B food and benefits programs

About the Role

We're looking for a
hands-on, experienced product leader
who can bridge business needs with product execution. This role requires strong product intuition, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage end-to-end product development — from concept to rollout and optimization.

You'll own products used daily by thousands of customers, couriers, and restaurant partners — and shape how our platform grows in Israel and abroad.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead cross-platform product initiatives across native apps, internal tools, management dashboards, and backend systems.
  • Own product discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration — hands-on.
  • Translate complex business problems into clear, structured product solutions.
  • Write detailed product specs (PRDs, user stories) and manage the roadmap.
  • Prioritize a fast-moving backlog while balancing technical and operational constraints.
  • Work closely with developers, designers, analysts, and operations teams.
  • Analyze data (Mixpanel, GA, SQL, AB tests) to measure impact and guide decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across consumer, restaurant, courier, and enterprise segments.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 4+ years of product management experience
    , with proven ownership of at least one native mobile app (iOS/Android) — a

  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate between business, tech, and UX.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps, writing specs, and working in Agile environments.
  • Analytical mindset with working knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and basic SQL.
  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and keep momentum in fast-paced conditions.
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew (verbal and written).

Bonus Points

  • Strong design sense or experience collaborating deeply with UX/UI teams.
  • Experience in payments, loyalty systems, or fintech-related products.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Braze, Jira, and Looker.
  • Experience building or scaling B2B2C platforms or multi-sided marketplaces.
