BI Back-End Developer

We're looking for a BI Back-End Developer to join a dynamic BI team within a large organization that's embracing advanced and innovative technologies.
The team is responsible for the full BI lifecycle — from design, implementation, and maintenance to deployment — leading major organizational projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop BI systems and ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources into the DWH
Write complex SQL/PL-SQL queries and stored procedures
Develop using ETL infrastructure tools such as SSIS, SAP-DI, or SAP-DS
Prepare and maintain Source-to-Target documentation
Understand business processes and map source systems to DWH models
Design, develop, and test ETL processes and manage data pipelines
Work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Requirements:
B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field – mandatory
At least 4 years of experience in SQL/PL-SQL and stored procedures – mandatory
Strong experience working with databases (Oracle – advantage)
Hands-on experience with BI infrastructure tools (SSIS, SAP-DI / SAP-DS) – mandatory
High motivation, strong analytical thinking, and ability to solve technical problems independently
Open-minded, fast learner, with a broad organizational view
Advantages:
Experience with SAP BO (WEBI and/or LUMIRA)
Familiarity with core SAP business processes
Understanding of DWH and Data Lake architectures
Open to freelance as well
