Role Overview
We are looking for a
hands-on, deeply technical and data-driven
Senior Product Manager
who thrives on solving complex problems, driving technical execution, and leveraging data to make impactful decisions.

  • You'll become one of the go-to authorities on customers' external attack-surface data, leading high-level strategy and low-level execution for CyCognito's attack surface discovery and detection initiatives.
  • You will own a full product lifecycle — from discovery and technical design to delivery and continuous improvement. You will work closely with engineering, sales managers, analysts, and customers.
  • You may lead a small team of data analysts to support these product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform extensive research of customer datasets to define challenges and produce solutions.
  • Define product roadmap in alignment with business objectives
  • Design technical solutions in collaboration with engineering, acting as the bridge between customer needs and implementation
  • Own end-to-end product development process: discovery, definition, prioritization, launch, and iteration
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, analysts, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Translate complex technical and business requirements into clear, actionable plans
  • Potential to manage and mentor a small team of data analysts to accelerate insight generation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles, ideally within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environments
  • Advanced data‑analysis skills — must be comfortable with performing hands-on data analysis using SQL or equivalent.
  • Experience managing or mentoring analysts or team members is a plus
  • Ability to write and debate technical specifications with engineering teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong ownership over outcomes
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written
