Core Responsibilities  

Operational & Communication Coordination


Plan, coordinate, and manage Lab-wide activities, leadership visits, and engagement initiatives. Prepare briefing materials, one-pagers, presentations, executive internal communications and other content to ensure consistent messaging, visibility, and professional representation. Identify opportunities and create key stories and updates across internal channels.

Crisis Operations & Messaging Support 


Coordinate operational and communication efforts during urgent situations or unexpected changes. Ensure readiness of materials, channels, and messaging to support leadership and employees

 Act as a focal point between management, HR, IT, and Facilities for aligned responses

Ongoing Events & Communications Projects


Lead the planning and execution of ongoing events and communication projects from concept to delivery, balancing operational precision with communication impact.

Collaborate with HR, Facilities, IT, and leadership to ensure smooth coordination and alignment. Support internal stakeholders through crisis and routine, to enhance clear and transparent messaging, visibility and engagement.
Manage the Lab's weekly newsletter, ensuring timely and relevant updates for all employees

Executive & Stakeholder Communication


Support executive visibility and messaging for leadership sessions, employee all-hands and events, visits, and other Lab-wide initiatives.

Translate leadership priorities into clear and engaging communications, anticipating needs and ensuring consistent tone across all relevant platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration


Act as the connector between teams and functions, maintaining an operations and communication calendar aligned with Lab priorities.

Drive continuous improvement of processes to enhance clarity, efficiency, and engagement.

What you bring

Must-Haves 

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experienceCurrently enrolled in a university programMother tongue level in English and Hebrew (both oral and written) Expert with Excel and proficient in Power Point Strong organizational, project management, and event operations skills Experience contributing to or managing crisis operations – mandatory Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly during crises Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams 

Nice-to-Have

Experience working in a global high-tech or R&D environment Familiarity with crisis management frameworks and employee support systems Experience supporting executive offices or leadership teams Background in workplace experience or employee operations roles
