TikTok/Meta/Snap Campaign Manager – iGaming User Acquisition Specialist

Are you a creative and data-driven media buyer with a proven track record of scaling campaigns on TikTok, Meta or Snap in the fast-paced world of Gaming/iGaming? We are a leading performance marketing agency seeking a highly skilled Campaign Manager to drive user acquisition and app growth across paid social channels.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize high-performing on social platforms focused on user acquisition for iGaming/gaming apps and platforms.
  • Conduct audience research, competitor benchmarking, and creative testing to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad assets that maximize engagement and conversion.
  • Continuously A/B test creatives, messaging, targeting strategies, and bidding approaches to improve performance and ROI.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing large-scale paid social campaigns on social platforms with measurable performance outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of audience segmentation, creative strategy, and performance optimization for iGaming/ Gaming or similarly competitive verticals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and transform it into impactful growth strategies.
  • Hands-on experience driving user acquisition for apps or games.
  • Familiarity with attribution platforms (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust) and campaign management tools.
