Technical Account Manager (TAM) – Storage Solutions Expert

We are looking for a
hands-on Storage Solutions Expert
to join our team as a
Technical Account Manager (TAM)
. This is a highly dynamic role involving close collaboration with customers, proactive environment validation, and direct engagement with leading vendors.

What you'll do:

  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers in defining and implementing technical-driven storage solutions.
  • Build tailored work plans with customers to deliver optimal storage architecture.
  • Collaborate with vendors, escalate field requirements, and present solution updates.
  • Proactively perform environment health checks and recommend improvements.
  • Design and implement communication infrastructure for storage systems.
  • Deliver customer-focused training programs.
  • Plan and execute high-availability and disaster recovery (DR) solutions.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven
    hands-on experience
    in enterprise storage environments.
  • Deep understanding of
    storage technologies
    end-to-end.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure environments:
    virtualization, containers, backup solutions
    .
  • Strong background in designing and implementing complex storage projects.
  • Security clearance - an advantage.
