Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced
Head of Security Infrastructure Team
to lead a professional team responsible for implementing information security policies at the infrastructure level. The role requires ensuring high-quality execution, compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting diverse technology projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of infrastructure security solutions in line with organizational policies.
  • Coordinate closely with security teams, infrastructure teams, and other technology stakeholders.
  • Support enterprise projects from an infrastructure security perspective.
  • Monitor, respond to, and manage security incidents and operational issues, including 24/7 availability.
  • Continuously improve infrastructure readiness for security events, including response and recovery processes.
  • Support internal and external security audits.
  • Maintain and enhance infrastructure security systems to meet organizational needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience implementing infrastructure information security in a large organization.
  • Proven experience leading infrastructure security solutions.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing a team or security projects.
  • Deep knowledge of security products: AV, EDR, DLP, Proxy, Defender, File Sanitization systems (Opswat).
  • Advantageous: experience in highly regulated environments, such as financial organizations.
  • Advantageous: familiarity with PIM, vault systems, F5-ASM.
  • Advantageous: experience with cloud security.
  • Professional certifications in information security – a plus.
  • High level of English proficiency.
