About the Role:
As a Maintenance Engineer at ISCAR, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our advanced machinery and equipment.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in our headquarters at Migdal Tefen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance plans to maximize equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough failure analyses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Utilize predictive maintenance techniques to anticipate and prevent potential issues.
  • Provide expert technical support to our maintenance department staff, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team environment.
  • Communicate effectively with overseas machine manufacturers to resolve technical issues and ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Lead and manage projects related to machine installation, upgrades, and improvements.

Qualifications:

  • B.sc in mechanical engineering.
  • Previous experience in maintenance engineering.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with internal teams and external partners.
