Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Investment Banker, based in Herzliya with partial work-from-home flexibility. The role involves assisting in financial analysis, building investment models, preparing presentations and reports, and supporting the capital raising and IPO preparation processes. Responsibilities also include market research, due diligence, and liaising with clients, investors, and internal team members to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis, investment modeling, and data interpretation skills
• Proficiency in creating professional presentations, reports, and supporting due diligence activities
• Skills in market research, strategic planning, and financial forecasting
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, investors, and cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Hebrew proficiency is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Previous experience or internships in investment banking, corporate finance, or venture capital is advantageous
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in dynamic environments
