We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a Backend Developer to join our team

What you'll be doing

  • Design and develop 24/7 high-scale, low-latency distributed systems.
  • Develop backend components and services using C# and .NET Core.
  • Lead design efforts: write technical design documents and facilitate design review meetings.
  • Tackle technical challenges related to performance, fault-tolerance, security, and live production issues.
  • Work as part of a CI/CD-driven team and take full ownership of the development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production monitoring.

Requirements:

  • 7 + years of professional experience as a backend developer.
  • Strong hands-on experience with C# / .NET Core.
  • Deep understanding of OOP, software design principles, and distributed system architecture.
  • Proven ability to build fast, reliable, and maintainable backend systems.
  • Experience with RabbitMQ, Redis, and SQL Server or similar technologies.
  • Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to code quality.

It will be an advantage if you:

  • Experience running services on AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) or similar container-based infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with microservices, CI/CD workflows, and distributed systems.
  • Experience in trading, fintech, or other high-availability, real-time environments.
  • Gained practical experience in integrating AI capabilities into backend systems.
  • Building or contributing to autonomous agents, AI-based workflows, or LLM-powered services.
