About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our Gloat SaaS platform domain. In this strategic role, you will focus on leading and evolving the core functionalities of our platform to enhance user experience. You will be responsible for steering complex product initiatives and fostering cross-team collaboration to drive innovation and excellence. Your technical acumen and leadership will play a crucial role in evolving our platform to meet the demands of our users, ensuring Gloat continues to deliver outstanding value and experience.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap for the SaaS platform domain, with a focus on cross-product features that enhance overall user experience.
- Work closely with the R&D team to drive product innovation and resolve technical challenges.
- Collaborate with other Product Managers to ensure alignment across different product areas and see the entire product landscape.
- Engage deeply with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure our products effectively meet those demands.
- Lead user research initiatives, transforming insights into actionable product features and enhancements.
- Establish and track success metrics, using data to guide product decisions and measure impact.
- Partner with marketing to create effective positioning and messaging, supporting go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and sales teams to develop feedback loops and create enablement materials that drive user adoption.
- Serve as a key representative of the customer's voice throughout the product development process.
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, particularly within the SaaS B2B, or B2B2C space.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex products and features that meet customer demands.
- Strong experience in leading cross-functional teams in agile environments.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to transform data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate product vision and requirements effectively.
- In-depth experience with user research and customer discovery methodologies.
