BI Data Analyst and Project Manager

What we are looking for:

Our IT department at Nova is seeking for a skilled and driven BI Data Analyst & Project Manager to join our Enterprise Systems team.

This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in driving data-driven decision-making across the company, working closely with business leaders and technical teams.

This role bridges business needs with advanced data solutions, ensuring actionable insights and enabling the company to make smarter, data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in industrial engineering with information systems as a major
• Proven experience leading end-to-end BI projects: gathering business requirements, designing data models, preparing source-to-target mappings, and building dashboards (Qlik Sense, Power BI or Tableau).
• Track record of working closely with development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions while ensuring data quality and integration.
• Experience managing cross-organizational BI initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership, supporting data-driven strategy and decision-making.
• Designing and implementing BI solutions to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency
• Hands-on experience with ETL development tools (Informatica or SSIS) - an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies within BI projects.
• Experience working with and managing subcontractors – an advantage

Role Responsibilities:

What will you be doing:

• Act as the primary IT point of contact for all BI-related needs.
• Lead end-to-end BI projects – from gathering and analyzing business requirements to designing data models, preparing source-to-target mappings, and delivering impactful dashboards (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau).
• Partner with business stakeholders and development teams to translate requirements into scalable and reliable technical solutions.
• Design and implement BI solutions that enable operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
• Drive data quality, governance, and consistency across organizational systems.
• Manage cross-organizational BI initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership, including C-level executives, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Oversee project timelines, scope, and deliverables to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to support BI project delivery
• Support continuous improvement of BI processes and tools, introducing best practices and emerging technologies.
