QA Automation Engineer

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer who will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our website and SaaS platform. This is a hands-on role where approximately 70–80% of your time will be spent developing and maintaining test automation, with the remaining time dedicated to manual testing.

This position also includes an exciting opportunity to integrate AI agents into the automation framework — helping us scale testing, improve coverage, and accelerate release cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites for regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of our website and SaaS platform.
• Leverage AI-powered agents or tools to enhance and optimize test automation, including self-healing scripts, intelligent test generation, and anomaly detection.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to ensure test coverage aligns with product requirements.
• Perform manual testing for complex use cases, exploratory scenarios, and edge cases not easily automated.
• Monitor and analyze test results, triage failures, and track defects with detailed reporting.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure test automation is integrated into the development workflow.
• Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, or AI-based solutions to improve QA efficiency and reliability.

Must-Have:

• 2+ years of experience in QA automation for web and SaaS products.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
• Proficiency in a programming/scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java).
• Experience integrating or working with AI tools or agents in testing (e.g., test case generation, GPT-based validators, self-healing frameworks).
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect lifecycle.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and version control (Git).

 Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
• Familiarity with performance or load testing tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Interest in or experience with AI/ML applications in software testing.
