We are looking for an experienced Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to join our Global Professional Services group.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing valuable intelligence deliverables, conducting investigations, and performing advanced research to support customer needs.

• Understanding customer requirements and assisting in configuring their environments on our advanced CTI platform.

• Helping customers optimize and fine-tune their intelligence workflows to enhance efficiency.

• Investigating underground sources, threat actors, and cyber incidents to uncover critical insights.

• Using advanced tools and search techniques, including WEBINT and HUMINT methodologies, to produce accurate and relevant intelligence outputs while collaborating closely with the CS, Sales, and Product teams.

• Identifying and communicating potential risks across the clear, deep, and dark web that could impact our customers.

• Providing hands-on training, support, and guidance to customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions for their unique use cases.

• At least 2 years of experience in intelligence analysis, specifically WEBINT / OSINT.

• Excellent analytical and report-writing skills with a proven track record.

• Experience working with SaaS solutions and cloud-based security tools.

• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong multi-tasking abilities.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

• Deep understanding of Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), the cybercrime landscape, and underground sources.

• Proficiency in additional languages.

• Customer-facing experience in a technical or intelligence-driven role.

• Familiarity with Python, Elasticsearch, and Kibana.
