Role Description

Biopharmax is seeking a PMO Junior, Project Support & Coordination Assistant to provide operational and administrative support for large-scale defense industry projects.

The role involves close coordination with the project manager, oversight of logistics, documentation, and workflows across multiple sites in central Israel.

The position is full-time and dynamic, combining work at project sites and the Herzliya office.

The role reports directly to the Head of Operations & Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support daily coordination of project activities and interfaces between teams
• Manage documentation, follow-up, and reporting in and SharePoint
• Ensure compliance with work procedures and company standards
• Handle access approvals, logistics, and project-related administration
• Track progress and assist in project planning and prioritization
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field (advantage)
• Experience in project coordination or operational support – advantage
• High proficiency with and project management tools , MS Project) and Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Proactive, assertive, and responsible approach to work
