TinyTap is the world's largest library of games made by teachers, acquired by Animoca Brands in 2022.

TinyTap provides a code-free platform that empowers educators to create and share interactive educational content and to receive a revenue share when learners use that platform.

Our platform supports a growing network of 100k+ educators who create games and courses on iOS, Android, and web platforms.

Our content is created by leading educational authors, including Sesame Street, Oxford University Press, CareBears, Pinkfong & Baby Shark, and our worldwide community of teachers.

We expanded into AI and developed the GoEddy platform. Eddy was built to feel like a private tutor, one that listens, adapts, and keeps learners engaged with interactive reinforcement.

We are looking for a talented Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to develop the education platforms of the future.

Responsibilities

  • Development of our cutting-edge AI tutor platform - GoEddy.
  • Development and maintenance of a wide variety of TinyTap web products, including the lesson player, digital courses shop, marketing platforms, etc.
  • Developing responsive web UI components
  • Take sole ownership of web products and features.
  • Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, and maintainable code
  • Build rich applications, PWAs, and canvas utilities

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of web development experience required
  • Experience in React, NextJS, NodeJS - a must.
  • SVG, Canvas, and Transition Group Animations.
  • Web Performance, including efficient rendering, and Core Web Vital metrics.
  • Solid experience in JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind
  • ES7 and modern frontend toolchain.
  • Written production, maintainable grade code, and awareness of bad practices and anti-patterns.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
  • Restful API (with Django) - a plus
  • Developing CI/CD with Jenkins - a plus
  • Experience in game development - a plus
  • Sensitivity to UX and Design
  • Familiar with web3.0 - a plus
