Factory Manager

Role Description

We are recruiting a
Factory Manager
for our coffee production facility in Holon.

The Factory Manager will oversee all aspects of production planning, manufacturing operations, and quality control. The Factory Manager ensure the factory operates efficiently, meets production targets, and adheres to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing factory staff, streamlining operational processes, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement in alignment with the company's goals.

Job Requirements:

• Proven managerial experience in food production or a similar industrial operation – minimum 3 years of experience required
• Strong leadership, decision-making, strategic thinking, and long-term planning abilities
• Experience in a dynamic environment; ability to work under pressure and flexible hours when necessary
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High-level of English
• Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant field
