Playtika is looking for an outstanding student to join the AI Department.  We are looking for people with exceptional soft skills and outstanding hard skills.

We love to address complex intellectual challenges and make sense of high dimensional and dynamical data that impact the game experience of millions of players.

You will join a multidisciplinary team focusing on Generative AI as well as classical Machine Learning (ML) algorithms. We use strong statistical fundamentals with SOTA algorithms and cutting edge technologies to provide a better experience for our players. Our solutions translate directly to production (as part of a product) and serve the business needs from different use-cases & multiple studios.

We are looking for an outstanding data scientist, with strong problem-solving skills, to join a multi-disciplinary team of data scientists. The team is responsible for creating agents, multi-agents, optimizing RAG, LLM evaluation and more.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a full data driven research including problem definition, data collection and validation, model development, evaluation, and deployment
  • Analyze & demonstrate the impact of our solutions in real-time production environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, BI, product) to develop, test, and deploy your models quickly and effectively

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree student (M.Sc. or Ph.D) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field
  • Availability to work at-least 50%
  • Strong problem-solving and scientific reasoning skills, to efficiently shape and drive complex data science projects
  • Passion for theoretical and practical ML
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences (e.g., product managers, business domain experts, executives)
  • Team player
