We're seeking a Controller to play a key role in our Finance Department, reporting directly to the CFO. This is a dynamic and impactful position that supports top management and drives both internal and external financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor our accounting team while managing all day-to-day financial operations.
  • Drive the implementation of a new accounting system across all group entities.
  • Deliver accurate and timely monthly closings and prepare management/shareholder reports.
  • Coordinate audited annual financial statements and tax reports.
  • Design and strengthen internal control processes.
  • Perform analytical reviews to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with external advisors on transfer pricing and ensure compliance.
  • Provide financial guidance to departments across the organization.
  • Lead or support strategic finance projects that shape the company's future.

Qualifications

  • At least one full post-internship role in accounting.
  • Experience managing people and working in a collaborative environment.
  • Hands-on knowledge of NetSuite or Priority (a big plus).
  • Familiarity with BI tools (advantage).
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, plus excellent English.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills—you build relationships easily.
  • High motivation, ownership, and execution skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
