About the role:

A key role working closely with the Risk Management's VP, combining administrative responsibilities with analytical insight and process tracking.

This position offers broad exposure to the financial sector and senior management operations, providing a unique opportunity to gain in-depth understanding of the division's work and directly contribute to its success.

• Managing the VP's calendar and providing ongoing support for the division's activities

• Participating in professional forums and division management meetings

• Systematically tracking decisions, performance, and task progress

• Preparing materials, reports, and minutes for key discussions

• Collaborating with managers and employees across multiple interfaces

• Understanding professional content, analyzing it, and ensuring execution

Requirements:

• Academic degree

• Previous experience supporting senior management- an advantage

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to monitor and oversee complex processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High level of organization, accuracy, prioritization, and independent task management

• Full discretion, personal responsibility, and strong interpersonal skills
