Job Description

We are looking for a Frontend Team Leader to guide and mentor a team of 3 talented frontend developers. You will drive the design and development of innovative, scalable, and secure user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 3 frontend developers.
  • Provide technical and architectural guidance for Angular-based frontend applications.
  • Stay current with industry and UI/UX trends, driving the adoption of best practices and modern frameworks.
  • Actively contribute to development, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Backend, QA, and global engineering teams.
  • Ensure adherence to engineering practices including unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
  • Work with Support to troubleshoot and resolve customer-facing issues.
  • Contribute to technical design and documentation.
  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members as the team grows.

Qualifications
  • BE / BTech / MCA or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development, building enterprise-scale applications.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a frontend team (or mentoring developers).
  • Strong expertise in Angular (latest versions).
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience with responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
  • Good understanding of security best practices in web development.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, TDD, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and drive projects to completion.
  • Passion for mentoring developers and fostering team growth.
