We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Legal student to join our dynamic team for a part-time position. As a Legal Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risks across various aspects of our operations. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as providing legal support for corporate matters. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment at the intersection of technology and entertainment.

Requirements:

  • Currently in a bachelor's degree in Law studies, in the third year of study.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and intellectual property rights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in legal research and analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including but not limited to client agreements, vendor contracts, and licensing agreements.
  • Provide legal support for corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and financing activities.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal issues affecting the company.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify legal risks and provide strategic advice and solutions.
  • Handle general legal inquiries and guide internal stakeholders on legal matters.
