Position: Customer Support & Backoffice Representative Location: Rishon LeZion, Israel

Format: Full-time, on-site work (the brand new office near Moshe Dayan train station)

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday full working day, with an option for Friday half-day

STB Union is licensed Visa member issuing Visa cards in Israel. Our mission is to make financial services accessible, transparent, and efficient — in Israel and worldwide.

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support & Backoffice Representative who will not only handle client inquiries but also actively support key operational processes of the company. This role combines technical and communication tasks and involves close collaboration with other teams.

What You'll Do:

Respond to incoming phone calls, chat messages, and emails from clients and partners

Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verifications and process applications for issuing Visa cards

Maintain internal documentation and support operational workflows

What We're Looking For:

Proficiency in Hebrew, English and Russian would be ideal. Fluency in Hebrew and good mastery of one of the other two languages is a must;

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Fast learner, proactive, and self-motivated

Attention to detail and ability to stay focused

Confident computer and digital tools user

Experience in customer service
