About This Role
In this role, you will work as part of a team to provide outstanding Payroll processing for JET's

payroll. You and your team's efforts will directly influence the organisation's value proposition by

ensuring accurate and timely compensation to the workers, supporting a great worker

experience, engagement and retention. There will be close collaboration with multiple

stakeholders including Finance, Hr Operations, Service Management. You will be the main payroll

professional responsible for payroll in Israel.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Act as the main point of contact between the organization and the external payroll provider.
• Manage the end to end payroll process starting with data collection through payroll review and approval and end with post payroll reporting, payments, queries etc.
• Collect, validate and prepare employees data (input) for payroll processing.
• Reconcile payroll data, review and approve provider output to ensure correct processing of the payroll including: starters, leavers, absences, variable inputs, taxes etc.
• Ensure a timely payroll processing for ~400 employees in Israel, including all payments,
• deductions, and statutory obligations (taxes, social security, pension, garnishments etc.).
• Manage payroll-related queries through our People Portal, ensuring timely and value-aligned responses.
• Collaborate with Finance teams and other stakeholders to provide accurate payroll reports and GL outputs as well as various audits.
• Provide guidance and support to other teams within HR on payroll-related issues.
• Ensure compliance by staying updated on payroll legislation, tax and pension laws and contributing to continuous improvement of payroll systems and processes.
• Identify and support opportunities to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency - locally and globally.
• Support and manage statutory reporting including ad hoc, monthly, quarterly & yearend.
• Manage vendor relationships: review and approve invoices, raise POs, attend service meetings, collaborate to solve issues and drive improvement.
• Act as the main point of contact for all pension providers and processes.
• Engage and support various projects where payroll collaboration is needed.

What will you bring to the table?

• Proven experience in payroll processing (5 years) and related regulations, with deep knowledge of Israel payroll legislation.
• Strong technical skills, including advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and high PC literacy.
• Proven ability to accurately process, balance, and reconcile payrolls with a strong focus on data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Solid analytical, numeracy, and decision-making skills, paired with strong time management and organisational capabilities.
• Experience working with payroll providers, managing compliance, and delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
• English proficiency: communication with global teams is required: written and verbal
• Proven experience working with Hilan payroll software
