Inventory Planner and Warehouse Manager

Requirements:

 At least 3 years of experience in a similar position

 Hands-on experience working with ERP systems (Priority)

 High level of English – written and spoken

 Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team

 Integrity, responsibility, and service orientation

 Accuracy and attention to detail

 High motivation and a proactive approach

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage and control all inventory operations

 Handle receiving, inspection, and issuance of parts and assemblies

 Record and monitor inventory movements between warehouses

 Perform assemblies and device builds in the Priority ERP system

 Manage serialized equipment and maintain accurate records

 Handle MRB (Material Review Board) processes for suppliers and RMA

(Return Material Authorization) from customers

 Track and follow up on shipments and deliveries

 Conduct ongoing, sample, and periodic stock counts

 Address inventory discrepancies, shortages, surpluses, and picking errors

 Generate inventory and service reports

 Collaborate daily with Operations, Sales, Service, Suppliers, Distributors,

and Customers (local and international)

 Drive process improvements to optimize inventory management and enhance

reporting accuracy

 Ensure compliance with SLA targets, quality standards, and safety
