Cynet is seeking a
Technical Account Manager (TAM)
to manage the
technical journey of our partners (MSPs, MSSPs)
in the
EMEA region
, ensuring
seamless onboarding, deployment, technical enablement, and full product adoption
.

As a TAM, you will work closely with partners to ensure they maximize the value of Cynet's solutions. You will lead
cadence calls, participate in Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), and drive adoption
. You will collaborate closely with Cynet's
sales team
, who will own the business relationship, while you focus on the
technical success of our partners
.

What will you do:

  • Own the technical journey
    of partners (MSPs, MSSPs), ensuring smooth
    onboarding, deployment, and enablement
    .
  • Provide
    technical guidance and training
    to help partners maximize product value.
  • Monitor partner health,
    analyze trends, and ensure feature adoption
    .
  • Lead
    cadence calls and participate in EBRs
    to align with partners on technical goals.
  • Address and resolve
    technical issues
    , collaborating with internal teams (Support, R&D, Product).
  • Collect partner feedback and provide insights to influence
    product development
    .
  • Ensure best practices are followed to improve overall partner success.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience
    as a
    Technical Account Manager, Sales Engineer, SOC Analyst
  • Strong cybersecurity background
    , preferably with experience in a
    startup environment
    .
  • Experience working with
    security vendors
    and
    partner ecosystems (MSPs, MSSPs, resellers)
    .
  • Technical proficiency
    , with the ability to translate complex topics for non-technical audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset
    , using analytics to monitor partner health and drive adoption.
  • Fluent Hebrew and English speaker (mandatory)
