So, what's the job?

We're looking for a Social Media Content Manager who's equal parts creative storyteller, strategist, and AI experimenter.

Your goal: drive awareness and organic traffic by building, managing, and creating content for multiple Guardio-owned and community-facing accounts. You'll use AI tools to scale creativity and efficiency, turning ideas into scroll-stopping posts, automating workflows, and testing what works across platforms.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can create like a machine, producing, testing, and iterating at a rapid pace without compromising creativity or quality.

You will:

  • Build, warm up, and manage multiple social accounts to drive organic growth.
  • Create and publish platform-native content using AI tools for ideas, visuals, copy, and automation.
  • Develop and execute creative social strategies that align with Guardio's brand and goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, design, and security teams to bring campaigns and content to life.
  • Stay on top of trends and platform updates, including algorithm changes and emerging formats.
  • Track performance, extract insights, and continuously optimize for engagement and reach.

  • 2+ years of experience creating and managing social content 
  • You live and breathe social. You scroll, spot trends early, and know how to turn them into content.
  • You're bursting with ideas (at least ten a day) and know how to define, prioritize, and execute the right ones.
  • You're hands-on. You can concept, create, write, design, and publish without waiting on anyone.
  • You know what makes content resonate and can adapt tone and style to fit any platform.
  • You use AI and creative tools to move fast, automate smartly, and scale what works.
  • You're curious, experimental, and always learning from what performs.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and love bringing bold ideas to life.
