Job Summary:

We seek an experienced R&D Project Manager to lead projects in core scanning technologies. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of project management experience in an R&D department within a multidisciplinary tech company. You will oversee project execution, coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet industry needs. Strong communication, ownership, and systems engineering skills are essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects to develop core scanning technologies, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables, while monitoring progress and mitigating risks.
  • Coordinate resources across teams and departments, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Define project scope and goals, align with industry needs, and dive into technical details when necessary.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and management, ensuring alignment on progress and priorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Aerospace, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering (PMP certification is a plus).
  • At least 2 years of project management experience in R&D within a multidisciplinary technology environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience in Systems Engineering is highly valued, and proficiency with project management software/tools is required.
