הזדמנות להוביל צוות מנוסה, לנהל תהליכי פיתוח מורכבים בעולמות הפיננסים ולבנות תשתית חזקה בעלת זמינות גבוהה ויציבות מירבית במערכת Mission Critical

בוא/י להיות חלק מהצוות שמחזיק את התשתיות החיוניות של המדינה, בסביבה טכנולוגית, אתגרית ומודרנית, עם שילוב בין פיתוח ליבה, אוטומציה ותפעול.

מה כוללת העבודה?

· הובלת צוות מפתחים ומהנדסי מערכת בסביבה טכנולוגית מורכבת

· פיתוח ותחזוקה של מערכות ליבה קריטיות בתשתית רגישה

· ניהול תהליכי פיתוח מקצה לקצה: אפיון, תכנון, פיתוח, בדיקות, שחרור ותחזוקה

· עבודה לפי מתודולוגיות פיתוח מתקדמות (Agile/Scrum/Kanban) ושיפור מתמיד של תהליכים

· הקפדה על איכות קוד, Code Review, Design Reviews וסטנדרטים הנדסיים

· עבודה עם Git וניהול גרסאות (Branching Strategy, Pull Requests, תהליכי Review)

· עבודה שוטפת מול מנהלי פרויקטים, מנהלי מוצר, צוותי פיתוח נוספים וצוותי System/תשתיות

· פתרון תקלות מורכבות בזמן אמת ותחקורים מקצועיים

· שמירה על זמינות מלאה ויציבות המערכת

מה נדרש כדי להצליח בתפקיד?

· לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון בניהול צוותי פיתוח

· ניסיון משמעותי בפיתוח או הובלת פיתוח במערכות ליבה Mission Critical

· שליטה גבוהה ב-Git וניהול גרסאות

· ניסיון בהובלת עבודה לפי מתודולוגיות Agile ושיפור Delivery לאורך זמן

· ראייה עסקית חזקה והבנה מעמיקה של עולמות הפיננסים

· יכולת ניהול משימות תחת לחץ ופתרון בעיות מורכבות בזמן אמת

· נכונות לעבודה בסביבת זמינות גבוהה, כולל סופי שבוע וחירום לפי צורך

· ניסיון בעבודה עם Micro Focus COBOL בסביבת Windows – יתרון משמעותי
