The Role
Candex is looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to partner closely with our Talent Acquisition team to understand open positions and design sourcing strategies that build strong candidate pipelines. You will focus on roles across the U.S. and internationally, helping us attract high-caliber talent for our fast-growing company.
This role is a part-time and temp-to-permanent position. Hybrid work is available with flexible hours but hours must be consistent.
Responsibilities

  • Source, engage and qualify active and passive candidates while creating and maintaining pipelines.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards, professional networks, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Pre-screen prospective candidates for key qualifications before handoff to recruiters.
  • Track and report sourcing metrics, providing insights to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Effectively manage ATS tool in order to capture metrics for all recruiting activities.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of HR, Talent, or People-related experience in high-growth technology organizations, partnering with Technology, Commercial, and G&A departments.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • A fast learner, with strong attention to detail.
  • A builder's mentality—motivated to create scalable processes and drive positive change.
