Melingo AI is looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Sales team and support our go-to-market strategy across global eCommerce sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for outbound sales, a strong understanding of the eCommerce landscape, and the ability to engage with both inbound and outbound leads.

Key Responsibilities:

– Outbound Prospecting: Initiate outreach via email, 
Calls
, LinkedIn, and other platforms to identify, contact, and qualify potential customers.

– Inbound Lead Handling: Engage with marketing-generated leads, qualify them, and convert them into high-quality opportunities.

-Responsible for engaging with prospects across Israel, EMEA, and North America, initiating sales conversations, qualifying opportunities, and collaborating closely with the Account Executive team to drive successful outcomes.

– Market Research: Identify key companies, trends, and decision-makers in the eCommerce space to target.

– Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine messaging, share insights, and align on pipeline goals.

– CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions using HubSpot.

– Process Optimization: Help test and improve messaging, cadences, and sales playbooks to increase conversion rates.

Requirements:

– 1–3 years of experience as a BDR/SDR in B2B SaaS.

– Strong preference for candidates with experience in eCommerce.

– Proven track record in outbound lead generation and prospecting.

– Native-level English – both written and verbal – is a must.

– Self-motivated, organized, and excited to work in a dynamic startup environment.
