Software Development Team Leader – Simulation Systems

Hasharon Area

We are developing advanced, large-scale software systems that simulate virtual battlefield environments for the training of pilots, commanders, and combat forces.

These systems include 3D graphics, simulation engines for operational arenas, entity behavior, and weapon and sensor systems.

Our goal is to create immersive virtual reality environments that enable realistic training for operational scenarios, both for domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a software development team
  • Oversee the full development lifecycle while ensuring high-quality processes and timely delivery
  • Provide technical leadership: architecture, design, and interface definitions
  • Mentor, guide and motivate team members
  • Collaborate with parallel development teams
  • Hands-on development as part of the role

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software team leadership
  • Strong understanding and experience in Object-Oriented Design
  • Proven hands-on development in C++
  • Ability to develop, code, and perform integrations independently
  • Willingness to perform on-site integration at customer locations in Israel and abroad
  • Experience with complex, multi-interface software systems – an advantage
