כמנהל/ת חשבונות ספקים בחברה תהיה/י חלק מחלקת הכספים לטיפול ותמיכה בספקים.

בתפקיד זה, תדווח/י מנהלת צוות בכספים

במסגרת התפקיד תהיה/י אחראי/ת על:

  • טיפול בכל תחומי הנהלת חשבונות ספקים, אימות וקליטת חשבוניות מול הזמנות רכש.
  • התאמות כרטיסים.
  • טיפול בהתכתבויות ספקים, תזכורות תשלום, פניות פנימיות.
  • חשבונות חתך , סגירת תקופה
  • טיפול בנושאי הנהלת חשבונות נוספים במידת הצורך
  • משרה מלאה עם אפשרות לשילוב עבודה מרחוק
  • בניית קשרי עבודה חיוביים בתוך החברה ומחוצה לה.
  • שיתוף פעולה הדוק עם הממשקים הפנימיים ברכש, לוגיסטיקה ובקרה.

מיומנויות נדרשות לתפקיד:

  • מנהל/ת חשבונות סוג 2- חובה, סוג 3- יתרון
  • ניסיון בעבודה מול ספקים- לפחות 5 שנים
  • אנגלית ברמה גבוהה
  • שליטה ב Excel ברמה גבוהה-חובה
  • עבודה עצמאית וראש גדול
  • גישה מקצועית ויזומה לעבודה, תשומת לב רבה לפרטים.
  • שליטה במערכות ERP : SAP /PRIORTY - יתרון משמעותי
  • נכונות ופתיחות לשינויים
